Window-lined Kitchen, Sunlit & Spacious, Short Walk to Natural Wonders
Welcome to complete and utter luxury. Nestled right on the edge of the Makai Golf Course and with views that stretch from the distant mountains to the rolling ocean waves just a two minute walk away, Oakley House strives to bring as much of the natural world to you as possible while maintaining modern comforts.
Natural lighting plays a prominent role in every room, especially the kitchen, where sun streams through window-lined walls and a skylight positioned over the granite-topped island. Joined with the kitchen is a wide living space complete with whimsical wicker chairs topped with soft floral cushions typical to Hawaii.
No one has to compete for sleeping space or getting ready in the morning at Oakley House. Four bathrooms, two master bedrooms with sumptuous king-sized beds, another with a commendable queen, and a fourth bedroom with two twins plus two futons makes this home ideal for large families.
Aside from endless space, families also love the game room, complete with a pool table, and the balcony that almost completely surrounds the second floor. It’s easy to open one of the sliding doors in almost every room to step out into your own private paradise. Sip coffee while admiring Kauai’s verdant landscape in the morning or sunbath on one of the lounge chairs.
Just a short walk to the north you’ll find Queens Bath, a natural pool full of small and exotic tropical sea creatures while to the south Hanalei Valley Lookout offers breathtaking panoramic views of the North Shore. However, the true, untouched natural wonders that make Hawaii so famous lie in Na Pali Coast State Park. Although you’ll need to take a boat to get there, it’s definitely worth the adventure.
