  • Execute Formal Rental Agreements - We use a written Rental Agreement for our vacation rental homes.

  • Rent Collection – Most rents and associated fees are paid to us electronically via credit card. This enables us to confirm reservations instantly.

  • Accurate Accounting & Reliable Record Keeping - We pay your operating expenses such as electricity, yard care and pest control. Owners receive detailed monthly and year-end statements.

  • General Excise Tax (GET) and Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) - We will file your General Excise Tax (GET) and Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) reports to the State of Hawaii.

  • Timely Payment to Owners - Rental income and detailed statements are mailed around the 10th of each month. We include a newsletter to keep you abreast of Kauai happenings.
